Session 6: Leaders Growing Leaders
Our last session is all about handing the keys to the car over. This means making yourself dispensible and training up others who can do what you can do. Instead of being threatened by others who are good at what you do, you will learn how necessary others are to create a culture that is sustainable, that gives you breaks to breathe, and that eliminates ego from the equation.
