Session 6: Leaders Growing Leaders
Our last session is all about handing the keys to the car over. Â This means making yourself dispensible and training up others who can do what you can do. Â Instead of being threatened by others who are good at what you do, you will learn how necessary others are to create a culture that is sustainable, that gives you breaks to breathe, and that eliminates ego from the equation. Â
