Service Description

This 9-month exclusive membership gives you access to the Leader's Circle, a small group of 12 leaders personally coached by our founder which will provide skills to build your leadership, learn to manage volunteers, create onboarding systems, and teach you how to grow high-capacity owners and leaders within your ministry. We have experience in leading church environments with as little as 50 congregants all the way to mega-church models with multiple campuses. Our sessions will teach you how to: - Align the mission and vision of your ministry to match your church's mission & vision - Build sustainable systems to manage key volunteers - Teach you how to effectively onboard and reach new people to serve in your mission - Customized plan to build a ministry model that works in your specific church context - Provide free resources and documents to help you create your own organizational leadership charts - Improve your culture to keep people not just happy but owning the mission with you - Gives you unlimited access to our LEAD system of leadership (Lead, Equip, Activate & Disciple) - 20% off discount on all virtual workshops offered throughout the year Meetings: - Tuesdays from 1-2pm (Group Session, with downloadable link sent out for those who can't attend) - 1x/month individual coaching sessions (9 sessions total) This group is capped at 12 people total to maintain effectiveness.
